Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul

This hotel was comfortable base for exploring Istanbul, loved it and property's helpful staff who give that extra in customer service.

Ordered breakfast, it was just normal, it should definitely be improved, really.

Every detail here was great, including rooms and food. Though the bed was uncomfortable, it was very very good stay.

The bathroom was extremely small, I didn't like it.

We had an enjoyable experience staying here. The hotel was luxury and had perfect staff and location. The location was about 12 miles from the airport.

The rooms were fabulous and well-appointed here with bosphorus view and balcony, as example. The service was excellent, it had an excellent gourmet restaurant.

Enchanting hotel, it has great restaurant and unbeatable location on the Bosphorus waterfront.

Overall it is a picture perfect hotel and we liked our stay, the location was top next to the old palace which was refurbished as beautiful suites.

The hotel is reasonably spacious and fairly clean with a nice restaurant, I had an absolutely amazing stay. The buffet breakfast was delicious and extraordinary, plenty of options. The service was good, I loved the attentive staff.

Breathtaking location, rich breakfast, hospitable staff, plus efficient wi-fi. Original hotel perfectly located in the city. Incredible view, a bigger balcony, large bed, too. The plunge swimming pool was great for me.

The bathroom I had was uncomfortable.

I loved lovely location of the hotel and delightful staff. Yummy food for breakfast. The bedrooms were excellent. Plunge swimming pool was good here too. Moreover, parking was outside.

it was really unforgettable time in istanbul. the breakfast was tasty, overall food was delicious. fairly clean hotel, personalized service. within a 10-minute walk from a bus station.

I had a very good time here and will be back. Cheerful and exceptionally clean hotel, very classy location. Appreciated the continental breakfast, which included fresh fruit, slices of fresh bread, meats, coffee and eggs. Their service was decent too.

Although everything was fab, some of the staff were a bit rude.

Tbh, the hotel is a little old, however it has absolutely fabulous views. Rooms are reasonably large and elegant, beds are amazingly comfortable.

Their breakfast is similar, can be better. The bathrooms are quite small.

Great overall experience. Food and views were immaculate. Really enjoyed on-site restaurant Gazebo Lounge.
